This four-player game allows you to purchase development sites for your city as you advance around the board. Currency is exchanged by million dollar bank notes. You have a variety of ways to gain Utopian Tokens as you play. By the end of the match, the player with the most balanced amount of Utopian Tokens between categories, wins.
